The ideal tutor will be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored & engaging lessons to vulnerable learners. This is a great opportunity to move away from the classroom environment and make a genuine difference in a learners life, ultimately aiming to get them placed in a school.
Contract/Position Details:
Location – Within the community or pupils’ home in Staffordshire

Position – ESOL Tutor

Start date – September 2026

Duration – On going

Contract type – Temporary

Full-time/part-time – Part time

Minimum rate of pay – From £25-£30 per hour

Hours – During/ After school hours
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
QTS or equivalent

Possess UK classroom teaching experience

Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box

Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils
