ERP Implementation Program Manager

Description

The ERP Implementation Program Manager leads the successful delivery of a complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation program. This role oversees all aspects of the implementation lifecycle—including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation—ensuring the program is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

As the central orchestrator across business functions, IT, system integrators, and vendor partners, the Program Manager ensures strategic alignment, governance adherence, and operational readiness. This role is accountable for leading cross‑functional teams through business process transformation, change management, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
