2–3 years of experience in consulting, HR operations, or HR systems support. Familiarity with or exposure to SaaS HCM platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud). Understanding of core HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time, payroll, or talent management. Other Essential Skills and Abilities
Project Support: Provide assistance with planning and carrying out HCM SaaS implementation tasks across both functional and technical teams. Requirements and Documentation: Help gather client requirements, map out workflows, and keep comprehensive project records up to date. Configuration and Testing: Carry out basic system setup under supervision, run test scenarios, record outcomes, and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
