ERP Change Manager

Adecco is currently hiring a experienced ERP Change Manager to lead organizational change for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation impacting over 5,000 employees across multiple operational sites for our client in Calgary, AB.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a seasoned transformation expert who has successfully delivered end-to-end ERP change initiatives in complex, asset-intensive environments. You will play a critical role in driving business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption—bridging strategy with execution across operations, leadership teams, and vendors.

This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery, ensuring all aspects of organizational change—from communications to training and adoption—are effectively executed.
