Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide legal and regulatory support on IPOs and equity capital markets transactions led by the bank.Advise internal deal teams on structuring, documentation, and compliance with securities laws and stock exchange requirements.Draft, review, and negotiate prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and transaction-related documentation.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in equity capital markets, securities law, or related corporate finance practices.Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, bond offerings, covenant structures, and credit rating considerations.Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Equity Capital Markets (IPO), preferably with a reputable law firm or financial inst...
