Job Description
The City Manager's Office in Thunder Bay is hiring a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant. This role is vital for creating a comprehensive DEI program that drives systemic and structural improvements in inclusion practices across the organization.
As a full-time consultant, you'll be responsible for developing policies and frameworks that align with the city’s commitment to diversity. You'll act as an advisor to leadership on DEI initiatives, conduct audits, and implement organizational changes that uphold equity in recruitment and retention. Expect to prepare presentations and reports for strategic decision-making pertaining to DEI.
