Equipment and Maintenance Coordinator
Job Description
- Replace and/or repair defective and worn parts (i.e. changing fridge/freezer gaskets, replacing handle on oven)
- Read, comprehend and follow machine manuals and follow instructions to get in working order
- Switch out equipment within the restaurants
- Able to perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
- Able to perform power washing of buildings, sidewalks, garbage containers
- Miscellaneous duties as required (i.e. changing of ceiling tiles, changing lights)
- Complete basic building repairs, cleaning & maintenance
- Complete basic landscaping requirements at restaurants
- Must ensure that work is organized in a manner which ensures employee safety is not compromised
- Must ensure that work is performed in a timely manner and least disruptive to production – minimizes downtime
