In this dynamic role, you will proactively manage the Customer Experience lifecycle post-sales. By connecting internal teams with customers, you will drive advocacy and ensure clients realize the full value of our solutions. You'll be instrumental in addressing client needs and monitoring their overall health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build success plans for each customer to drive adoption
• Advocate for clients and resolve issues throughout their journey
• Educate clients on the value of EFX solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success
• Provide transparency on customer issues and progress
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in customer success or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
