Equans is searching for a Vice President Human Resources in Montréal, skilled in driving HR strategies within a multi-site North American organization. This influential role focuses on creating an engaging culture and high-performing workforce.
Reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead HR initiatives for over 1,100 employees across 60+ locations. You’ll focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance while collaborating with the executive team to support strategic business goals.
