EPM Product Management Lead (Hybrid)

We’re seeking someone to lead our Enterprise Product Management team in Architecture & Modernization to define, run, and evolve the Enterprise Product Management function across Technology, including the governance and lifecycle oversight of AI‑enabled products, platforms, and features.

This role operates in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment and requires strong executive presence, strategic judgement, and the ability to drive outcomes through influence. The EPM Lead sets direction and priorities across Governance, Tooling, and Data & Analytics, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Risk, and governance frameworks including AI governance.

This is a Principal Technical Product Owner position at Vice President level, responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high‑quality technical solutions.
