Elevate laboratory services as a Site Manager with EORLA in Eastern Ontario. Oversee multiple hospital laboratory sites, ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
As Site Manager, you will manage daily operations and engage your team to improve patient experiences across Almonte General, Carleton Place, and Kemptville hospitals. Your responsibilities will focus on the strategic implementation of workflows and compliance with healthcare regulations while inspiring a culture of quality and safety in laboratory medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations across multiple laboratory sites
• Foster team collaboration and effective resource management
• Monitor adherence to accreditation standards and regulations
