Environmental Specialist

Garver is seeking anEnvironmental Specialist to provide assistance with field data collection, preparation of environmental studies, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation for various infrastructure projects across multiple businesslines in our established OKC office.

The Environmental Specialist will:

• Lead field teams on various projects in Oklahoma and potentially surrounding states.
• Review and apply procedures for compliance with environmental regulations under NEPA.
• Prepare technical reports, planning studies, and NEPA documents.
• Prepare regulatory permits and approvals in compliance with environmental laws.
