Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor (Tijuana)

Creates and ensures a culture of environmental, health and safety within the organization. Assists with implementing programs, policies, and assessments to ensure the company is in compliance with government and internal health and safety laws and guidelines.

• Assists with planning, formulating and revising safety programs and rules; assessing hazardous conditions, processes and/or practices; and recommending changes to mitigate or alleviate safety or process issues.
• Conducts EHS training to include accident prevention, regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness, forklift safety, lifting, etc.
• Performs incident management reviews, including accident investigation, medical provider care management, back to work programs, etc.; and tracks incidents and/or employee injuries to completion and safety activities as assigned by the manager.
