Wajax Limited is currently seeking a full-time Permanent Safety Advisor. This job position is an in-person position with required travel. The ideal candidate has a strong Health and safety administration background with keen communication skills. The role requires both office and shop/field time allocation. The EH&S team prides itself on building lasting relationships within all teams, ensuring invaluable collaboration to strengthen the core values.
The Role
Key Accountabilities for this role include:
- Support, participate in and offer coaching to staff and leadership.
- Conduct in-person and virtual site tours, ensuring effective safety practices while providing advice, guidance, and coaching.
- Support remote branches through regular communication and virtual assistance.
- Collaborate with leadership & JHSC with clients and external HS related requests.
