Job Description

Tomlinson Indsutrial Waste is looking for a detail-oriented Environmental Compliance Coordinator to ensure our operations meet all provincial and federal regulatory requirements. This role focuses on compliance oversight, training, and maintaining environmental approvals across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all sites operate within their respective certificates of approval

Maintain familiarity with Reg. 347 and Reg. 153, ensuring compliance across operations

Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development

Monitor and document compliance with provincial and federal environmental regulations

Support internal audits and prepare for external inspections

Collaborate with managers and staff to maintain a culture of compliance
