This position reports to the General Counsel, Americas, offering a pathway to gain practical experience in commercial legal matters. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will work on licensing, vendor, and client agreements, helping ensure compliance and mitigating risks. Your role will also include creating legal processes to improve contract efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements • Support teams with legal compliance matters • Help manage contract workflows and efficiency • Develop templates and playbooks for legal processes • Escalate significant legal issues to senior legal staff
