Youll be responsible for supporting invoice processing, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring accurate data management within financial systems. This role plays a key part in enabling the successful implementation of the Pay Clock project while maintaining high service levels for internal stakeholders.
As a key support partner, the Help Desk Analyst will handle ticket resolution, reporting, and continuous process improvements, while ensuring compliance with internal policies. This is a temporary position based in Queretaro, Mexico, for a 3-month project.
