Responsibilities

Team Introduction: The LATAM TV&Film Operations Team is part of Content Operations and partners with studios, entertainment publishers, creators, and KOLs to drive high-quality content growth and scale on TikTok. The team focuses on partner management, education and product adoption, strengthening a diverse ecosystem that engages and connects users to their favorite IPs.

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support Program initiatives focused on driving creator engagement and growth within the TV & Film vertical across LATAM. This role will play a key part in scaling strategies, supporting campaign execution, and helping build frameworks that enable long‑term impact.
