Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department’s mission is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss, safeguarding the security of Aritzia products, people, property, and information at our Distribution Centers.

- Work with Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives and enhance employee experience.
