English homeroom teacher
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time homeroom English and Math teacher for the school year.
This is a contract for the school year, with a possibility of a permanent contract for the following years.
Teaching to 2 or 3 different groups and grade levels (grade 1 to grade 6)
Teaching English as a first language and other subjects in English (math, science, etc.) in an immersion context
This position includes supervision
Salary: pay scale
Full-time: 35 hours per week

You must:
- have excellent English (written and spoken)
- be able to communicate in French (basic)
- have a completed degree in education or about to be completed
- be dynamic, creative, willing to learn and work in teams
- be organized and flexible
- love books and literature
- have good classroom management skills
- have some knowledge of technology (students have an iPad from grade 3 to grade 6)
- have good social skills
