Job Description
Join us as an Engineering Team Lead, coordinating critical projects from our Regional Office. You will manage teams, strengthen technical capabilities, and drive successful project outcomes.
This role involves collaboration with the Regional Business Manager or Engineering Manager and will require oversight of multi-discipline projects. You will motivate and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to technical standards and company policies. Establishing operational protocols and projecting workloads will also be key elements of your responsibilities.
