Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in areas related to the manufacturing industry). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing engineering. Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel. Advanced level of English (ability to communicate effectively in meetings, write technical reports, and document processes clearly and precisely). RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise, coordinate, and direct engineering projects within the manufacturing plant, ensuring their proper execution and alignment with the company's objectives. Manage continuous improvement of production processes by identifying opportunities to optimize resources, time, and costs to enhance operational efficiency.
