Responsibilities
- Manage a group or function within the CWI technology organization – primarily focused on Type 1 Research and Development with polymers, simulations, metallurgy, and advanced materials analysis.
- Ensure objectives are met within the assigned areas of responsibility.
- Provide leadership and consultation to engineering managers and professional colleagues.
- Educate, mentor, and supervise engineering managers and less experienced staff.
- Formulate goals and forecast personnel requisitions.
- Monitor and approve contributions and updates to design guidelines.
