Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager – HVAC Coil Manufacturing is responsible for the technical leadership, design oversight, and performance verification of hydronic, steam, and direct expansion (DX) HVAC coils manufactured within the facility. This role manages the engineering team supporting coil design, application review, product performance, and manufacturing processes.

• Lead and manage the coil engineering team responsible for the design, application, and performance verification of HVAC coils. Provide support to field project managers after shipment as needed.
• Provide technical expertise in the design and performance of hydronic, steam, and direct expansion (DX) coils, including chilled water, hot water, glycol, steam distributing, and refrigerant evaporator/condenser coils.
• Review and approve coil selections, designs, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and performance requirements.
