Engineering Manager (Santa Catarina)

This position is responsible for Plant 7 process adaptation for Diesel Pins & Automotive Pins. Including PPAP's and Prints approvals and Process layout modification, including standardized work. Support Operations while working toward constant continuous improvement.

• Responsible for Process Mapping and Part Process Flow.
• Assist as needed with all diesel & Automotive customer approvals and follow-up.
• Responsible for developing and improving utilization of equipment and analyzing their capacities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, including but not limited to machining, grinding, and heat treat.
• Responsible for facility/plant layout of processes for Diesel and Automotive Products.
• Responsible, write proposals and implement capital projects.
• Evaluate production processes through statistical process control data (CPK).
