Job Description
An established automotive manufacturing organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams across product development, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time permanent role Compensation: Competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits

Lead and manage engineering teams, including engineers and technical leads
Provide direction across product development, manufacturing launch, and production support
Ensure engineering deliverables align with quality, cost, timing, and customer requirements
