Position Responsibilities:
People Leadership
Lead a team of technology Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and IT Business Analysts across multi-squad, regulatory, or other cross-cutting initiatives.Mentor your team to continuously develop and grow technical and non-technical skills through mentorship, training and providing opportunities within the program.Foster team engagement and build an impactful team.Performance management including (but not limited to) clear expectation setting, tactical and stretch goal setting, performance evaluations and development strategies.Recruitment and onboarding for technology team members.
