As an Engineering Manager, you will inspire and lead a team of mechanical engineers and technologists. Your expertise in design, prototype development, and validation testing will streamline production and ensure quality. You will also translate customer requirements into actionable design specifications while overseeing project execution and problem-solving throughout all phases.
