Engineering Manager - Commercial Integration

Position Summary This role is responsible for the design, advancement, and implementation of commercial integration initiatives for automated bio-devices for the global poultry, livestock, and aquaculture industries. The role will work closely with a cross functional team comprised of design, automation, controls, quality, program managers, supply chain, IT, and production to transition new products from prototype to production, installation, and sustained in-the-field operations. This vacancy is to be filled with a highly creative, seasoned, hands-on manager, who will lead design teams to deliver engineered-to-order automated vaccination and poultry sex identification systems in Mexico. Responsibilities range from initial characterization of customer operations, through the design of the installation and workflow, negotiation of customer acceptance of the design, and execution of site acceptance testing.
