**Job Summary:**
At Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC), Electrical Sector Americas is looking for Engineering Director to lead Protection, Control & Solutions (PCS) group. PCS includes Power Components, Bussmann, Industrial controls and regional businesses like Latin Americas and Canada (circuit breakers, fuses, switches, contactors, VFD, soft starters, relays, meters, enclosed assemblies etc). This leader will partner with Electrical Sector Americas Leader and Global VP Engineering to expand overall PCS portfolio in EIIC and globally in terms of capabilities and value proposition.
This role will lead complete portfolio for PCS including NTI, NPI, cost out, sustaining and software cutting across products. The leader will provide strategic direction across functional value streams like firmware, electronics hardwar...
