Your Impact
You will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and performance of the tailings storage facility (TSF). By ensuring strong governance, monitoring, and response practices, you help protect people, the environment, and operations while supporting safe, compliant, and efficient tailings management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor TSF performance using instrumentation data and field inspections
- Assess performance against Quantitative Performance Objectives (QPOs)
- Apply and manage Trigger Action Response Plans (TARPs), including tracking exceedances and coordinating actions
- Support tailings deposition planning and water management activities
- Maintain and update OMS manuals and Emergency Response Plans (ERP)
- Contribute to annual regulatory and Ministry reporting
- Review consultant deliverables and support implementation of recommendations
