JOB DESCRIPTION
The Industrial Engineer plays a key role in driving smarter, safer, and more efficient shipbuilding and repair operations. In this role, you'll design, plan, and implement process, tooling, workstation, and equipment improvements that elevate quality, productivity, and operational performance across ship construction, delivery, and repair programs. As a trusted change leader, you'll partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence and embed improvements using structured change‑management practices, data‑driven insights, and a clear understanding of policies, standards, and best practices. Your work will directly shape how work gets done on the waterfront and beyond.
