Reporting to the Product Development Manager – Hubs, you will be responsible for producing detail and conceptual drawings critical to product performance. In this role, you will conduct failure analysis, lead investigations, and advocate for continuous product enhancements. Your insights will guide new designs and engineering practices, pushing the boundaries of existing models.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct root cause analysis on field failures • Drive R&D initiatives for hub bearing technology improvements • Manage specifications and oversee design validation • Produce CAD drawings in AutoCAD or Inventor • Collaborate with manufacturers to elevate product quality
