Job Description
We are looking for a talented Engine Field Service Technician to join our team specializing in Services, Maintenance and Diagnostics for our Service Operations Department in Accra, Ghana.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Deliver timely and accurate on-site engine repairs by diagnosing and resolving less complex technical issues efficiently, minimizing customer downtime.
Provide a professional and customer-focused service experience by communicating clearly, acting courteously, and responding promptly to customer needs.
Apply technical expertise by using specialized tools and following standard procedures to ensure repairs are completed correctly and safely.
