Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain multiple Azure subscriptions and associated global applications.
• Design, build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform modules for IaaS and PaaS resources.
• Collaborate with data professionals, software engineers and business stakeholders to construct, maintain and support scalable, efficient and secure pipelines and solutions.
• Handle both design and operational activities, including project tasks and incident (ticket) response via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Perform troubleshooting of IaaS and PaaS environment issues.
• Create and keep technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, playbooks, runbooks and best‑practice guides.
• Provide guidance to business areas on application design and infrastructure usage.
