Job Description
Serve as a Primary Youth Worker in Ouje-Bougoumou and enhance the lives of students in the Alternative Suspension Program. Your collaboration with schools and families is key to their success.
This full-time permanent role centers around providing structured support to youth during their suspension. You will conduct individual and group sessions, assist with academics, and maintain effective communication with families, school administrators, and community partners. By developing tailored prevention programs and promoting the program’s value, you will help high-risk youth thrive.
