• Use the AEO Selling Model to foster connections
• Provide detailed product education to guests
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other channels
• Adapt to roles in Salesfloor and Fitting Room
• Address guest concerns while following policies
Requirements:
• Enthusiastic about customer engagement
• High energy level with multitasking capability
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must be 16 years or older
