What You’ll Do
- As an Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our Customer Support team, contributing to exceptional member experiences and operational excellence. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our Thrive Account and Tuition programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Lifestyle Spending and Tuition members, providing support via email and phone while meeting SLAs and KPIs
- Process system-generated tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate updates to member plans, payments, and enrollments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams, clients, and participants
- Consistently meet daily production metrics and team goals while embodying our CARE values
