Position Requirements We are looking for an Engagement Manager to work closely with vivovii leadership on product development and client service delivery.

Key Activities for the Role
Conduct interviews, surveys and assessments to assist Engagement Leader to define scope
Perform analysis to develop business insight, build consensus and momentum
Lead engagement workstreams, ensuring successful implementation and embedding
Own senior relationships and deliver premium client service
Work with Consulting Partners to develop proprietary content, in multi‑media formats
Participate in research with leading academics to push the frontiers of understanding in management theory
