Job Description
Join Enercare as an Install Clerk in Markham, Ontario, where you will manage installation schedules and resolve customer inquiries. Your proactive planning will support thousands of installations.
In this Install Clerk position, you will report to the IP Operations Manager and play a key role in scheduling and monitoring installs for HVAC and Water Heaters. Communication is vital, as you will liaise with both installers and customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any escalations. Financial tracking and reporting will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize daily work schedules for installations
• Manage escalated customer issues through effective communication
• Handle GERS order entries and financial reconciliations
• Provide accurate customer quotes and appointment updates
• Facilitate filing and management of operational tasks
