Choices is looking for two motivated Direct Support Professionals for a 12-month contract. Your responsibilities will include developing community programs and supporting individuals in various settings, from parks to community centers. You will collaborate with families and partners to create a supportive and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.

• Create and implement community engagement programs
• Take part in individual assessments and goal setting
• Assist with various daily living skills including safety and hygiene
