In this position, your focus will be on helping clients achieve job readiness through tailored guidance and support. Managing a caseload of numerous clients, you'll facilitate skills training, strengthen employer relationships, and organize essential community events like job fairs. Your expertise in case management will directly impact clients' prospects for meaningful employment.
