Salary $69,040 to $90,849 (annual) – based on a 35‑hour work week.
Level AS-04-PSA-06 Group and Level

Responsibilities
- Manage service requests for each of the directorate’s teams.
- Manage shared/generic email inboxes.
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing financial requests.
- Keep databases and filing systems up to date.
- Support investigations.
- Coordinate events and meetings.
- Manage communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Contribute to development of tools and procedures and to process improvement.
