Join CMHC as a Bilingual Employee Relations Consultant for a temporary full-time position in human resources. Provide strategic advice and coaching to foster a positive work culture.
In this 12-month role, you will support the People and Culture Team by ensuring compliance with HR policies and facilitating employee relations resolutions. Your expertise will aid in addressing grievances and conflicts effectively while promoting fair treatment in the workplace. You'll also develop and implement training and communication around employee relations.
