Employee & Labour Relations Consultant, Human Resources

Current Rate of Pay : $88,120 yr -$110,136 yr

Current Shifts : Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts

(Temporary full-time-approximately 12months - July 2026 - July 2027)

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, OD and EHS, the Employee & Labour Relations Consultant is responsible for maintaining and supporting collaborative working relationships with management, employees and unions by providing advice, support and guidance regarding the application and interpretation of employment law, hospital policies and procedures and collective agreements (CUPE Clerical, CUPE Service, ONA and OPSEU).
