Position Summary

Interior Health is hiring two term‑specific, full‑time Employee Health & Wellness Advisors who are passionate about making a difference in healthcare. In this role, the Advisor contributes to Interior Health’s strategic objectives by reducing disability duration, supporting workforce sustainability, and enabling timely, safe, and effective stay‑at‑work and return‑to‑work outcomes.

• One position has an anticipated end date of March 31, 2027, or upon return of the incumbent.
• The second position has an anticipated end date of March 31, 2028, or upon return of the incumbent.

Both positions are flexible within British Columbia and offer a work‑from‑home arrangement.
