Reports to Purchasing or Kitchen Manager Position Summary The Employee Breakroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked room for employees to dine. This role ensures food service areas meet health and safety standards while providing courteous and efficient service to employees. Essential Functions - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakroom, food serving areas, and all dining areas. - Clean tables, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and other appliances. - Empties trash and monitors trashcans to prevent overfills - Remove dirty dishes, and utensils and take them to the kitchen for washing. - Always maintains floor clean and dry. - Restock food, beverages, coffee station, utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. - Monitors inventory levels and notify management of supply needs. - Ensure proper food storage and rotation (FIFO method). - Follow all health, safety, and food-handling regulations. - Report on mainten...
