Job Description
Join Eminence Organic Skin Care as a part-time Training Specialist in Calgary and deliver top-notch training to Spa Partners. Leverage your Esthetics expertise to enhance both product knowledge and client satisfaction at leading spas.
This contract role involves direct collaboration with the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to facilitate training and support for Spa Partners. Candidates must hold a valid Esthetics License and be available 3-4 days a week to accommodate various training sessions and inquiries from Spa accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by conducting meetings with Spa decision-makers
• Increase product presence in partner accounts
• Deliver inspirational quarterly training at Spa locations
• Send timely follow-up communications post-training
• Support order management and inventory assistance
Requirements:
• Active Esthetician License with 2-3 years of practice
• Valid driver’s license for territory-based travel
