St. Joseph's Health Centre is recruiting a Geriatric Emergency Management Nurse to work part-time with their expert team. This role involves conducting assessments, delivering specialized treatment, and bridging connections with community services to ensure comprehensive care for frail seniors. You will act as an educator, helping to improve overall system capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments for frail seniors in the ED
• Advocate for effective treatment and care options
• Collaborate with community and hospital services for patient support

• Maintain comprehensive communication with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Nursing required; BScN with enrollment considered
