We are hiring a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to manage daily email operations, reporting, and automation builds for multiple eCommerce clients. This is a hands‑on Klaviyo role focused on broadcast scheduling, automation audits, performance tracking, and working with creative teams to execute campaigns. You must already have Klaviyo experience and be comfortable owning the day‑to‑day workflow across several accounts. Full‑time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH‑SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST or MST.
Key Responsibilities
- Log into client Klaviyo accounts daily to review prior‑day performance metrics and deliver reports to the CEO.
- Schedule upcoming broadcasts and ensure all planned sends are properly queued and QA’d.
- Build new email campaigns, automations, and flow diagrams based on client strategy and internal direction.
